Returns and complaints

You can return a product purchased in our online store. You can return a purchased product without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. This is regulated by the Act of March 2, 2000, on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on Liability for Damage Caused by Dangerous Products (Journal of Laws of March 31, 2000).

According to the Act, product returns apply only to consumers, not to businesses and institutions. Businesses and institutions may be eligible for returns or exchanges, but only in special circumstances, and each case is considered individually.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS

  1. The basis for returning goods is the possession of a sales document (VAT invoice, receipt).
  2. The product must be in its unaltered state.
  3. The following letter must be attached to the return shipment: Declaration of withdrawal from a distance contract – Download the declaration of withdrawal
  4. Returned goods must be delivered at your own expense: in person, by post or via a courier company.
  5. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
